We kicked off the 2015 Fall Semester with a team building retreat at Claytor Lake, where students attended classes in the morning and participated in various team-building activities throughout the day! Rock climbing, swimming, boating, as well as various games and obstacle courses were all activities that the students went through to strengthen their teams. The point of these exercises and obstacles were not simply to accomplish an activity; the teams also learned just how significant communication is in any and every situation. In addition to these activities, all of the teams, interns, and staff came together for times of fellowship, worship, teaching, and focusing on the presence of Jesus. It was a beautiful way to set the tone for the year!
